Support comfortable, daily regularity as part of your normal digestion.
Soursop Bitters is Serene Herbs' flagship herbal gut cleanse tonic - a 15-herb liquid formula rooted in Afro-Caribbean tradition, designed to support gut cleansing, bloat relief, regular elimination, and whole-body reset. Most customers feel lighter within 2–3 days. At 30 days, bloating eases, energy rises, and cravings begin to quiet. At 90 days, customers describe the kind of digestive calm they haven't felt in years.
What most people don't realize is that the gut controls far more than digestion. Mood, sleep quality, energy levels, hormonal balance, and even skin clarity are all directly connected to gut health. When the gut is backed up, inflamed, or out of balance, the effects show up everywhere - persistent fatigue, low mood, restless sleep, brain fog, and stubborn bloating that no diet change seems to fix. Soursop Bitters is designed to address the root - not the symptoms.
A 15-herb formula built for full-system support:
The formula combines 15 traditionally potent herbs, each chosen for a specific role in the cleanse-rebuild-restore process:
- Soursop Leaf Extract (20:1) — anti-inflammatory and immune support, the anchor of the formula
- Senna Leaf — supports regular bowel movement and waste elimination
- Turmeric Root Extract (20:1) — supports healthy inflammatory response in the gut
- Black Seed Extract (20:1) — supports microbial balance and gut-immune resilience
- Moringa Leaf — nutrient-dense energy support
- Irish Sea Moss — supports gut lining and thyroid health
- Ashwagandha — supports stress response and gut-brain calm
- Ginger Root — supports digestion, circulation, and nausea relief
- Neem — supports gut purification and microbial balance
- Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Lemon, Bay Leaf, Tamarind, Garlic — supporting herbs for digestion, circulation, and immune health
How to take it:
Start with one tablespoon after a full meal for the first 3–5 days to allow your body to adjust. Increase to two tablespoons after meals once comfortable. Most customers notice digestive movement within the first 2–3 days - this is the formula working, not a side effect. Taking it with food significantly reduces any initial sensitivity.
Who it's designed for:
Soursop Bitters is for anyone who feels bloated, sluggish, or irregularly, and wants a natural herbal approach to getting their gut back in rhythm. It is potent by design — that potency is what drives results - but it is approachable for first-time herbal supplement users when introduced gradually. Over 100,000 customers have started their gut health journey with Soursop Bitters as their first herbal supplement.
Third-party tested. GMP-certified U.S. manufacturing. Rooted in Afro-Caribbean herbal tradition.
